Production Capacity

HARS VFD production base covers an area of over 30,000 square meters and is equipped with seven assembly lines for frequency inverters, three production lines for circuit boards and testing, three automated packaging lines, and three fully automated three-proof coating lines. Additionally, the base is equipped with automated devices such as automatic screw machines, automatic welding machines, and automatic unboxing machines. The SD320 assembly line, in particular, can produce one frequency inverter every 26 seconds, with a daily output of up to 3000 units. The advanced equipment ensures both the quality and productivity of our products.
